Use Our Online Reservation System to Reserve Facilities
Step 1: Read Facility Use Policies.
Step 2: Apply to Become a Requestor
Step 3: Wait for your approval email
Step 4: Submit the application a minimum of 7 working days prior to the actiivty. Large events require a minimum of 30 days advance notice.
Step 5: Provide Current Insurance Liability Form before your first use date.
Note: Facility use will not be allowed without current liability insurance on file with Big Foot Union High School District. All individual/group/organization are required to have a certificate of insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability coverage that listed Big Foot Union High School District as Additional Insured for all persons and activity/events. To submit your current liability insurance
Attach it to your requestor application or email to email@example.com
Step 6: Once approved as a requestor, log in to your account to place Facilities requests.
Step 7: Wait for an email of approal/denial of your facilities request. To check on the status of your request, log in to your account and click on the request history tab.
Step 8: When a request has been approved, an electronic contract will be sent to the requestor. Sign the electronic contract with the pin you created in your account.
Step 9: Contact to pickup any keys needed for your event. All new requestors must also set up a time to receive training on our facility prior to your first scheduled event.
